Welcome to the Salmonberry Ice Cream Club.

A monthly delivery of four (4) pints of our housemade fermented ice cream. Two pints of seasonal fruit flavors for farmers markets and two pints of a monthly exclusive bakery flavor that ventures into the weird, wild and delicious.

Made with housemade oat yogurt, organic sugar and the finest small farm fruit for a fully plant-based ice cream that's insanely delicious. Part oat froyo, part fruit sherbet, always totally unique. 

Current Fermented Ice Cream flavor: Strawberry (organic June-bearing strawberries from Angelica Hayton at Hayton Farms in Mt. Vernon, WA)

Salmonberry Ice Cream Club exclusive: Iced Oatmilk Latte (a quad shot of espresso made with Dorothea Coffee's Peru at 12oz latte concentration, with a dash of vanilla and cocoa)

Strawberry: Water, Hayton Farms strawberries (Mt. Vernon, WA), organic cane sugar, organic coconut oil, gluten-free oats, organic sunflower oil, organic lemon juice, live cultures. Less than 1% of kosher salt, sunflower lecithin, xanthan gum.

Iced Oatmilk Latte: Water, organic cane sugar, organic coconut oil, gluten-free oats, organic sunflower oil, Dorothea Peru coffee (espresso and ground), vanilla extract, live cultures. Less than 1% of kosher salt, dutch-process cocoa powder, sunflower lecithin, xanthan gum.
