Janelle and Jerry Stokesberry have been farming since 1975, the fastidious caretakers of Olympia's beautiful organic-certified Stokesberry Sustainable Farm mindfully tending chickens for eggs. Carved from an evergreen forest clearing outside Olympia from what was once just a tent and a phonebooth, laying hens rotate between fir-lined fields to forage on their thriving egg farm compound. Their eggs are handled with tremendous care and prized by all discerning chefs who do the same.
We like eggs over-easy on curries, grain bowls, breakfast toast or hash, and seven-minute soft boiled eggs for ramen-style soups or cold grain salads. Stokesberry eggs are rich and exceptional in all our baked goods, and they will be in yours too.
