6 ample servings of handmade pasta lovingly laminated from 100% fresh-milled Skagit Valley flour and family farm pastured chicken eggs, plus 2 pints of Best Sauce.
Typically prepared as pappardelle but we've been known to mix it up.
Store pasta frozen until ready to boil, and cook for ~3 minutes until tender. Store sauce frozen for later, or refrigerated for use within 1-2 weeks.
