Atlas Organic Olive Oil

Our favorite organic cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil.

From the foothills of the Atlas Mountains in Morocco and imported by their Seattle family, Atlas Farms' optimal soil conditions and a high density of trees yields an incredibly buttery and mellow cooking and finishing oil.

We use it liberally in our Wildflower Honey Granola, Sourdough Herb Focaccia, and in almost every meal.
