Our vegetarian chili recipe: organic black beans, Walla Walla onions (Mabton, WA), Olsen Farms potatoes (Colvillle, WA), and a dollop of sour cream in a flaky, laminated all-butter pie crust made with single origin Cairnspring Mills flour and finished with Korean red pepper for a little kick.
