Jason & Misty are second generation farmers working 10 acres in Enumclaw, WA, and Rocksalmic is uniquely made with apples, not grapes like a traditional balsamic: raw apple cider vinegar aged for 7 years in oak barrels, it's brighter, fruitier and intensely syrupy.
