Long-ferment crackers made from Pacific Northwest semolina and a ton of fermenty sourdough culture, brought millimeters thick and brushed with organic olive oil and sprinkled with sea salt before baking until bubbly and crisp. Strong enough to scoop against hummus or any thick purée. Full sourdough flavor.
Comes in 24oz compostable clamshell, about 150-160gr. Great for a pantry dinner or a bowlful for your next get together.
