How it Works
OK! You're ready to eat with the seasons and invest in small family farms. It's time to sign up for a Salmonberry Farm Box, Essentials, or another core Salmonberry subscription.
PLACING AN ORDER
To start, you'll choose your delivery day: Wednesday or Saturday. We deliver twice weekly all over Seattle.
We get the majority of our peak season fruit and veg every Tuesday and Friday from our small strong network of Washington family farms, and sort it for quality while preparing sourdough for delivery. We assemble it all into bags and boxes the next morning, right before heading out around town and dropping it at your door. You'll get a text message from us shortly before we arrive, so you know when to expect us.
Need substitutions? Say, "allergic to nightshades!" or "we don't eat lettuce!"? Those are notes we can keep under your name, just like code info for your apartment building or "Front door is around the north side". If your preferences or access info ever changes, just drop us a note through the website Contact form or directly to howdy@salmonberrygoods.com so we can update our back end.
MAKING CHANGES TO FUTURE ORDERS
You've received your first delivery and loved it, immediately cooking more and feeling incredible. But what happens next?
You'll get an email before your next bill date! Say you chose Wednesdays, weekly: we'll send you an email on Sunday evening, with a link to login and make any changes you need, before we bill on Monday morning for delivery 2 days later.
Whether it's adding a bottle of olive oil every 2 weeks, or switching from Sourdough Country to Sourdough Focaccia (you've got friends coming over for a pasta dinner), or maybe skipping a week since you're heading out of town: you can handle all that from the email link, or by logging in anytime through the "Account" icon on salmonberrygoods.com.
