Fully naturally leavened sourdough herby focaccia. Made with 100% fresh-milled single-origin Skagit Valley flour, organic olive oil, and basil and seasonal herbs from our own Salmonberry herb garden. A farmer's market favorite.
Absolutely no commercial yeast used. Cooled right out of the oven until ready to box, and rushed to your door.
Best enjoyed fresh: or, slice and freeze to toast and refresh anytime. Enjoy with spreads or balsamic and oil, topped with our Best Sauce and broiled as pizza, or sliced open and toasted for sandwiches as you would crusty sourdough bread.
